John started PXT Payments capitalizing on his wealth of experience in leading a broad range of diverse sales organizations and building electronic payment products. John defines and steers the corporate strategy, company mission and product development initiatives. He is the vision behind PXT Money.
John was directly involved in launching the Signature Card program at Merrill Lynch and Visa, producing over $8 billion in electronic payment volume for the company and the Visa brand. John has held leadership positions in a variety of sales and financial services organizations at Visa, CMGI, Arcot, and Advo-Systems. Early in his career, he served as manager for joint venture projects for emerging markets at the United Nations (UNIDO) where he sourced funding for projects requiring less than $25 million in capital.
Craig manages the financial and administrative operations of PXT Payments and came to the company after a successful career in hospitality finance and operations.
Through his extensive experience in hospitality finance, Craig has managed all aspects of payments as well as financial management and oversight. He was Director of Finance at the Center for Executive Education at Babson College and Operations Analyst for the Four Seasons Hotel Boston. Craig has also worked for the Saunders Hotel Group, Hilton and Hyatt Hotels. He holds a degree in Economics from Hobart College and an MBA from Salem State College.
As a co-founding member of PXT Payments, Mike Irvine has been instrumental in the development of the company from the outset. As COO Mike manages the portfolio of diverse requirements and necessary resources critical to ensuring the PXT Money product is developed and supported in line with company goals and meets the needs of its growing customer base.
Prior to PXT he held a variety of leadership positions in the Systems Integration, Advanced Customer Solutions and Engineering divisions of Siemens, Ericsson, ITT, and British Telecom. As a consulting Program and Development Manager, he has worked around the world leading project teams and organizations delivering a broad range of solutions in the healthcare, large-scale engineering, govt. information and telecommunications markets.
Keith brings an impressive and extensive set of skills and experience in consumer payments technology and product development to the company. As CTO he has steered PXT Money from initial concept to the rapidly evolving social payments platform that it is today. He led the PXT Money concept creation, identified the key technology underpinnings, built the product architecture and led the initial product development. Keith is responsible for moving the PXT Money product forward as the ever evolving technology and business requirements of the social payments' landscape evolves.
Prior to joining PXT Keith held a variety of product development, architecture and technology development positions with NCR and MasterCard International. He has broad experience in leading development and technology initiatives for numerous retail payments products from card technology through self-service devices to retail banking systems architecture.
Rivka Tadjer develops and manages the marketing strategy for PXT Money. She is the creative driving force that fuels the development initiatives and drives the sales organization.
Rivka came to PXT bringing a vast amount of experience and an impressive list of achievements as a business and technology journalist covering banking, wireless, telecommunications, security, identity theft, privacy, and the sociological implications of technology - most recently focusing on how smart phone culture is changing consumer, business, and government behavior. Rivka has authored business and marketing books on the social mobile cloud and consulted in public relations, marketing, and business development for 10 years.
